Environmental Product Declarations

 

• Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems
  A third-party verified LCA on an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) was performed for Dryvit Systems, Inc. We used information and results from the LCA to write and publish the corresponding third-party verified EPD which is being used for product marketing and documentation in support of building and construction projects, as well as to gain green building certification points (e.g., for LEED).

• Flooring Products
  A third-party verified LCA covering six flooring product lines was performed for Tandus Centiva, a Tarkett Company. The LCA was used to write and publish six separate EPDs. In addition to product marketing and serving as documentation in support of green building and construction projects, the EPDs are being used to gain green building certification points. The EPDs have also proved to be useful for company reps.
